My soul called me to Morocco....
Dirt roads, lead you on journeys in and out of beautiful landscapes ~ desert, farmland and coastal dunes merge harmoniously to create a sight only decipherable by the soul. Wildflowers, line the long and dusty roads, appearing as though planted purposefully to create a border of sprawling stardust.
So as the long weekend embraced us, I drifted in to the world of ocean lullabies, kookaburra alarm clocks and early morning coffee runs in sleepy towns never too far from the sea.
...so we packed our bags and drifted North, in to the ancient embrace of the Daintree.
Drinking cacao has become an act of ceremony for me, a bliss-inducing daily ritual that replenishes the mind and enlivens the spirit.

To balance the cooling, erratic, windy, rough qualities of autumn ~ I have created this recipe: sweet potato and miso soup ~ grounding, oily, spicy, warm and comforting. It is everything my body and soul needs right now. It is how I am letting the light in.
